Join us at the Merville Hall Saturday October 17 for the 2nd Georgia Strait Swingout for a fun evening of dancing, live big-band music and great company, all in support of DIG FM’s “Get on the Dial” fundraising campaign!

Whether you’re an experienced dancer or trying swing for the very first time, everyone is welcome in this space.

The evening begins at 6:30 PM with a 45-minute beginner-friendly swing dance lesson led by Stomp Collective. Then, from 7:30–9:30 PM, the Georgia Strait Big Band will fill the hall with two lively sets of swing dance music!

A limited number of tables and chairs will be available at the back of the hall, with additional seating around the edges for anyone who would like to watch or take a break between dances.

Refreshments and a Dig FM merch table will be present, and of course we will provide a water refill station for you to replenish your reservoirs!
