Strathcona Symphony Orchestra Presents Bravo!

To finish off the celebration of the Strathcona Symphony Orchestra’s (SSO) 20th Anniversary season, Ms. Helena Jung, the orchestra’s Music Director, has chosen her favourites to present at the May concerts.
Featured will be a collection of music genres, ranging from the classical world such as Mahler’s Symphony No. 1, 3rd Movement, Dvorak’s Symphony No. 9, 2nd and 4th Movements to modern pieces including BTS Dynamite, and Hishaishi’s theme to the animated movie, Howl’s Moving Castle.
The winner of the SSO concerto competition will also be on the program playing their award-winning selection with the orchestra.
